Do you do custom orders?
Yes. Refer to our custom orders tab.

Is my melted bottle food safe?
Yes. Our melted bottles do not contain any lead based coatings or paints, like some others. We use only non-toxic adhesives to apply the labels and decor. That is why our labels are sensitive to extreme heat and being immersed in water for a long period of time. Looking good is important, but safety is number one.

Do you wholesale your products?
Yes. Please contact us for wholesale information.

I want to order a lot of bottles. Do you discount?
Yes, with a minimum order of twelve. Please contact us for pricing. The more you order the more you save!

I like red wine. I don't see many dark green bottles.
The reason is because we reattach the label from the underside of the bottle after it is melted and you can't see the label underneath the dark green glass.

Are these platters dishwasher safe?
The labels are water resistant, not waterproof, therefore the labels are protected against incidental water contact and should be hand washed only.

What are the uses for your platters?
These are hangable wall art or functional serving platters. Most people will hang these on their walls and use them to serve items such as cheese, fruit, crackers, meats and so on. You can chill these platters in your refrigerator to help keep your servings cold.

Can these go in the oven?
It is not recommended that these go in the oven. The glass is tempered at specific degrees for strength and the typical home oven will most likely cause damage. Besides, your beautiful label would have a hard time withstanding the heat.

Are the labels on the inside?
The labels are on the back of the bottles. The extreme clarity of the bottles gives the impression that the labels are inside the bottles.

How do you get your platters so clear?
Can’t tell you. I have to have some secrets.

Some of the platters have bubbles. Is that normal?
Since it is an actual wine bottle air pockets are a part of its unique character.

Do you have a store front?
No, but you can shop with us at the Sunset Celebration on Mallory Square or our new kiosk location on cruise ship days on Duval Street in front of Rick's Tree Bar across from Irish Kevin's.  You can also shop by appointment only at our studio location.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes. We can quote you a price on shipping over the phone or by email. We offer overnight, second, and third day air.

Other care instructions?
Your melted bottle will last a very long time if you treat it like any other special serving dish. Gently wash it with soap and water and dry it before storing. Don't use an abrasive sponge or cleaner on the back of your melted bottle if it has a label on it. Be careful not to tap the melted bottle against a hard surface or it may break, just like any other glass dish would.

Do you ship out of the United States?
We currently ship only to U.S. addresses.

What are your shipping charges?
We ship via USPS and use their priority mail flat rate box, to save you money--we make no money on shipping & handling.  Each flat rate box is $9.95 and can hold up to two items (if we can place three we will). Additional items require an additional box, $9.95 for up to two additional items.
